TADO X - support cannot set water temperature
Hello everyone, I installed my first Tado X kit with thermostat yesterday, set in Opentherm mode. As I have read in the forum, many complain about the fact that it is not possible to manually set the water heating and domestic hot water temperatures in the tado APP. Obviously my boiler doesn't allow me to set these…

After plenty of reading I'm led to believe the Tado Wired Smart Thermostat…

For those that use Auto-Assist, do you think it saves you £25 per year?
I am considering subscribing to Auto-Assist. but am loathe to after spending best part of £600 installing the kit. I am a little opposed to subscribing, mainly because the technology exists already within the app, and it costs Tado £0 extra to activate it. I've spent £600, I don't really want to be tied into a…

Tado X Programmer Looses Internet Connection
Hi, My Programmer has lost its internet connection twice since I set it up two weeks ago. When it is connected all 3 wi-fi lights are lit, so it has a good strong signal. Restarting it fixes the problem, until next time! I am wondering if the programmer has any difficulties with Mesh wi-fi. I have one name for both 2.4gHz…

Smart AC Control Dry Mode
Hello, I wonder if anyone could kindly confirm the options available when using 'Dry Mode' on their app. I can only turn the mode on or off - the options to control fan speed and set temperature suddenly disappear. I'm curious if this is normal or specific to certain AC models. Many thanks,

Best setup for single room, 2 radiators on separate plumbed heating zones?
My house has an S Plan Plus central heating setup, with 2 zones plus hot water i.e. 3 separate valves. Mostly this is upstairs on one zone, and downstairs on one zone. I realise this might be unusual, but my lounge has 2 radiators and they are each on different zones. Why it has been plumbed like this is beyond me, maybe…

Will a Tado wireless work with a Worcester 2000 combi boiler EMS BUS connection
I have a Worcester 2000 GC2000iW C combi boiler that isn't compatible with 230/240v third party thermostats (no switched live). My only option are Bosch manufactured thermostats. Short-cycling boiler, any fixes?
No responses to my previous "New/Old system" query, so I must therefore assume what I am experiencing is 'normal' behaviour. I will try to learn to accept the wildly inaccurate timer switching. So I will ask another question, assuming again if there are no responses, it is again, 'normal' behaviour for Tado: *I turned on…

Return and refund
I bought the new Tado X system not long after I was notified by you of the system and changed over from my Tado V3 system which once I got the receiver in the right place had become solid reliably over years and years of use.
