Low battery alert
Hi all. I have smart TRV in the guest room, which I use quite rare, let’s say I heat it up every 2-3 weeks. Every time I just change the temperature in this room, after a few minutes comes an alert about low battery. In some rooms I use TRV more often battery lasts for weeks/months. In this room, this specific TRV drains…

Homebrew Weishaupt control based on Tado
Hi, We have a Weishaupt WTC-32 which uses eBUS but is unfortunately not supported by Tado. There are smart TRVs on all the radiators and I programmed the Weishaupt thermostat in the living room to provide heat whenever one of the TRV's was scheduled to heat a room. While this seemed to work fine I've noticed that when the…

Show amount of hot water available
Not sure if this is possible, but with all the tech these days, why can’t the app show you how much hot water you have available and therefore you know if you need to heat it up before you actually run out. Based on your usage it could even suggest and automate schedule. Seems quite simple!

Is the Tado Thermostat Accurate?
I have just set up a DHT11 sensor to monitor temp/humidity in another room and I thought I would put it next to the Tado Thermostat to compare. The results are: Tado Temp: 18.29 DHT11 Temp: 22.3 Tado Humidity: 68.8 DHT Humidity: 70 The humidity is pretty close but the actual temp is pretty different!
