Making smart schedule more smart
Would be nice have one page in which they are group the history for heating activity of all rooms together, to have more clear when the boiler can be left off reducing one or more temperatures at a certain time. (Sorry for my English)

Urgent New Setup - Pre purchase questions...
Hi, Tado Community, I'm new around here! :) We currently have two Google n**t which have been appalling ( random switch on's / off, sticking relays and, the final nail being the common dreaded wifi error). So we managed to get a return tonight - yay! We have an Oil boiler which heats radiators and hot water. We have two…

iOS App TestFlight Beta
I’ve noticed the Tado iOS beta app isn’t currently accepting new devices as the TestFlight program is full and has been for a while. Would it be possible to comb through the current beta testing users and remove any that no longer submit feedback or have recent account usage to make room for others? Or maybe implement a…

Can Tado X Thermostat handle 40 V from thermostat wire
I have a older boiler which gives 40 V from the thermostat wire. Can the Tado x handle this? FYI I'm swapping from a toon thermostat and removed the transformer bit in between which steps up the voltage to 50V. So the 40 V comes directly from the boiler ( measured on the two wires open therm). Hope someone can help, thanks!

Select how long boost hot water for Tado X
I've switched from the V3+ to Tado X due to connection issues with the bridge. With V3+ in the app I could select how long to boost my hot water for with the pencil, this was a vital feature for me. With tado X I can click boost but it is only set for 60 minutes and can't be edited. I see from tado's website this is a…

Tado X via Matter - system topology differs between Tado app and Matter controllers
Hi! I installed Tado X devices recently and noticed one fundamental flaw. In Tado app the topology follows the former "room" concept. Hello dear community! I recently bought the Wireless Smart Thermostat X starter kit (wireless senzor X + wireless Receiver X) to upgrade my heating unit. Tado X - need advice on UK system boiler Hot Water temperature control
Hi I have an old Honeywell Sundial (pre Evohome) system that I installed myself with no thermostatic room valves so I want to replace everything. The Honeywell system allows me to both set and monitor the temperature of the hot water. As far as I can see there is a UK version of X which adds a hot water timer but I see no…

Identifying the Smart Radiator Thermostat by "Installation Name"
I've recently upgraded to Tado X from my flawless & venerable Tado v1 - It's wasn't the easiest of routes to get the new system installed, however we're now warm again and things appear to be functioning well, for the most part, and it's early days! We've struggled with connectivity of some of the Smart Radiator…

X Radiator Valve Hardware Revision
Hi All Have been following the release of X for some time and am thinking of purchasing. I'm sure I read a thread on here about initial X radiator valves being revised due to a hardware issue, is this the case and how can I ensure I get the latest revision as I was thinking of purchasing from Amazon or would it be best…
