Temperature and intelligence

Good evening everyone,
I have recently purchased 1 thermostat and 3 tado X valves.
I am still getting a good understanding of how it works but the first question is, how does the "intelligence" of tado work?
Is it convenient to maintain a temperature of 19 when the radiators are off or not?
