Issue with creating matter link code

It took me more than 4 hours to configure tado° X as the devices were not connecting, the bridge was giving weird errors, devices were requesting a Matter bridge router, etc..

I had to factory reset the router twice.

Now finally it appear everything is connected and I need to connect it to alexa and matter and I get an error on all devices when I try to generate the link code.

is anyone able to use it?
