Energy IQ Can't enter historical data

Hi there,

I wish to add historical data from heating bills but Tado won't let me enter any start dates earlier than when I installed Tado. How can I make comparisons if there's no earlier data present.

Is this usual? Any comments will be greatly appreciated. Chris

    Same issue, installed Tado X last weekend, no option to enter historical bill or meter reading data. Can only start entering data from the point my Tado system went live.
