Care and protect - percentage a radiator valve is open

Hi,
I have had a Tado just over a week and have a few teething problems.
Firstly there can sometimes be a wifi disconnect from wireless thermostat to boiler which I hope to remedy with a WiFi extender.
Secondly, I have one large room which seems to take ages to heat. It has the tado TRV and wireless thermostat in it. This morning it went full blast, but when I tried topping up a few hours later it barely budged.
I have noticed that in care and protect it will not open at 100% unless I set each room to 26°. Sometimes it's running at 46% or less when I need it full. I am considering taking the tado TRV off this rad and setting it manually at it's highest.
I have 9 rads in the house and 4 tado TRVs. I was going to get a few more tado Trvs, but now thinking to wait and see how my present setup works. I like that they can be remotely shut off, but not that I have to fiddle with the app each time to get a rad to go on fully (or maybe I'm missing something)
BTW my rads were balanced before I set up tado and the large room mentioned above was the furthest one needing fully opened valves.

    Hello @maevep

    Welcome to the community 🙂

I've had a look at your account, currently your 'Top kitchen / living room' ( I assume this is the room you are having issues with?) has the Smart Radiator Thermostat and a Wireless Thermostat. However, you've set the Smart Radiator Thermostat as the Measuring Device. Since it is close to the radiator, it does not recognize when temperatures fall in the room and therefore does not call for heat. My suggestion is to make the Wireless Thermostat the Measuring Device. You can read on how to do this here.
