Pre-heat and early start for Tado X

Previous update on this issue on the thread was in november. We are in february, no news about these missing functions except that they are in the roadmap.
We deserve more transparency. We feel Tado is not being honest in this issue. We are beta testers of the X line

If expected dates cannot be shared how about sharing the features that are being worked on and the order of priority? If there are features considered higher priority than early start are we not allowed to know what they are? We might even get excited about them.

I have bought 12 valve and 11 wireless sensors…..a lot of money and I don't have a so easy function to implement that the old one has…..not so good tado…

The early start and the early come home using geofencing is needed to be smart….

I hope no….it’s only a software implementation.
Also teh possibilità to put all the valve open with a summer button…so easy to implement

Appearantly it's much easier to have peaople pay hundreds of euros to "upgrade" from V3 to X and not tell them a lot of useful (software!) features that were present in V3 are missing in X and there's absolutely no intention to fix this.

And it's even worse - these features are coupled to the auto-assist plus package, for which one pays thirty euros a year. With the "upgrade offer" they tell you the package can be transferred to the new setup easily. That turns out to be true, but the whole plus package has become absoluty useless now. But I'm stuck with it till december.

If I played this kind of sh*t with my clients i'd be in jail by now.
