Why is my heating still on even though the temperature inside is higher than set point

    If it's under warranty, contract Tado. If not, would you describe the system you have in place?

    The screenshot you sent says "Set to 19.5". If Tado was calling for heat, it would say "Heating to 19.5"

    Are your radiators continuing to get flow? You may have a faulty valve causing the boiler to keep running.

    As @policywonk says, please give more details on your system to help diagnose further

    @Aki_Fam Assuming your setup has a wireless receiver, what lights are ON? Where Tado is not calling for heat and the boiler is ON, the first suspect would be a faulty or seized zone valve.
