Access denied message when trying to add devices?

When I log into the Tado app, go to Settings, Rooms & Devices, and click Add devices, I am getting a message "Error - accessDenied" pop up.

Is this happening to anyone else, and is there a way to fix it as Tado support doesn't work on Sundays.

    Having the same issue. Have moved house and trying to set up new home after deleting the old one. Did you fix this in the end?

    I had this as well and I made it work by force stopping the application, and then deleting the cache and storage

    My solution was add via the webpage instead.
  • I had the same problem, solved by re-installing the app on my phone.

    Thus: removing home from app, removing app from phone, installing app with the existing user credentials and reinstalling the whole Tado.

    I didn't reset the gateway, no need re repair the valves en thermostats.
