New user unable to take advantage of Auto-Assist 1-Year free offer

Hello. I'm not sure if this is the best way to get the attention of tado, but the week is over and I have been trying for two days to set up a standing order as part of the offer's requirements. The issue appears to be with Google Play Store who are handling the payment arrangements.

I am hoping that tado will be able to help me to successfully come to an arrangement that will encourage me to install the new kit and set up the system.

I hope this feeling of disheartenment will be short lasting,

    @PESC0 Hello and welcome.
    The best way is probably to contact Tado support from the chat function on the main Tado web site. You’ll have to persevere with the chatbot and give it lots of information before getting to ask to communicate with a human.
    I’ve copied @Manuel if there is a better way to get the result?
