Help replace my heatmiser?

I'm sorry for probably quite a basic post, but I seem to have gone round and round trying to work this out, and be getting nowhere.
Basically, I've just had work done to my house, and have now got:
-pressurised hotwater cylinder (megaflo equivalent)
-ecotec system boiler
-heatmiser neo wired hot water controller by the boiler
-underfloor heating, single zone, with a warmup wiring centre, controlled by a wired heatmiser neo. There is one wired temperature probe in the floor.
-radiators on all three floors (2 on GF, 4 rooms on FF, 3 rooms on 2F), controlled by a wired heatmiser neo
I wanted to add smart TRVs to get better consistency across the rooms heated by radiators - and to have everything controlled by one app and linked together (so that, for example, you can set the system up to get heat from the boiler if one smart TRV is saying one room is too cold). It seems like the V3 can have 9x TRVs linked to one Thermostat?
The architect ignored this and just told the builder to install the heatmisers (I think that's just what they always do) - so my question is - can I replace the two heatmiser thermostats and hot water controller, and add the TRVs using Tado? Will the Tado pick up the probe for the UFH?
