Tado v3 not connecting to virgin media Hub 3

We recently had a new hub router after the previous one failed. We previously had issues and the tado installer had to do something with the settings in the router (turning off 5g as Tado runs on 2.4g). Tried that to no avail. Has anyone else had this issue and how did you resolve please?

    @paulbh922 Hello. Our rellie has a Virgin router. They connect the Tado Internet dongle to a cheap TP/Link wifi extender with an ethernet port and the separate usb power block.

    Have you requested the off-line schedule for your Tado V3?

    BTW, Tado V3 'wireless' uses the IEEE 802.15 and 6LoWpan standards; not the 'normal' 2.4G or 5G wifi.

    Hi @wateroakley, thank you for this. My apologies, i was mistaken with the modem. Ours is a Tado X (the new one) which doesn't have the bridge.
