Need help with my malfunctioning Tado

Dear Tado Support Team,

I am reaching out regarding an issue with my Tado Smart Home Thermostat, which appears to be malfunctioning and has significantly increased my heating bills. Despite my settings, the thermostat seems to be running my heating excessively, leading to unexpectedly high energy costs. It will not follow the schedule and if the unit goes offline then it causes havoc and is either off or on constantly and the only way to control the house temperature is then from the boiler which I can only do if I am actually at home.

I have attempted basic troubleshooting, including checking the schedule, adjusting temperature settings, and ensuring the device is properly connected, but the problem persists. Given the impact this is having on my household expenses, I would appreciate urgent assistance in diagnosing and resolving the issue.

Please advise on the next steps to rectify this problem. If a replacement or refund is necessary, I would like to understand the process.
