Room starts by itself
I'm talking about tado v1 and v3 devices
I don't know if it happened to others:
even though I set the start of a room at a certain time, the head ALONE starts at a totally different time at random (like 10 hours before).
the app tells me the room is OFF...I only noticed it because I was at home and I heard the noise of the boiler at work even though I knew it shouldn't have been on at that time.
I was able to intervene by removing the head and putting it back to turn it off.
usually errors of this kind happen with flat batteries but this time the batteries are brand new.
has it happened to others?how did you solve it?
if you're not at home you risk a huge waste of money, because the app tells you the room is off even if the temperature rises and you can't turn it off remotely precisely because it already appears off for the app!

Sorry your experiencing this.
I see you were in contact with my colleague Valentina this weekend. After investigating, she diagnosed the problem as a calibration issue. Now that the device has been recalibrated, this should not occur again.0
