Tado X valve discount not calcolated.

I have already ordered 11 valve but I realize now that I need one more.

From the site it seems that the price is 99 euro with the discout 66 euro but when I put in the shopping cart the price goes to 99. Why?

    Sorry this happened.
    I am not sure why this is happening, probably a problem with our web shop (you are attempting to buy from the official tado° webshop, right?)

    If this issue has not yet resolved itself, unfortunately you'll have to contact support via chat (you'll also have to get past the chatbot by clicking 'speak to a person' when prompted). They can provide you with a discount code. Hopefully that works.
