I am installing Tado V3+ Wireless Smart Thermostat. The existing system is Oertli as described in the question. What is the correct connection/protocol to use. The current system connects to the Secondary Control Unit (SCU) in the boiler to the Ambient Sensor A connections.

    @Emcee This hybrid heat source is not documented in English or mentioned on the Pro App. Does Support have any facts to offer about it?

    You were in contact with support a couple weeks ago. Our agent informed you that your system was not compatible with tado°. Have you changed anything to ensure compatibility?

    Hi @FroggyPete . That model, after some searching, seems to refer to a heat pump. However, having tried, cannot seem to find an installation guide in English, to help me understand it and how it can be controlled. Can you provide us with a link to the installation guide?
