Accessory is not reachable in Homekit

So my bridge lost connection with HomeKit. It works fine in the Tado app, I can access Home and Tado away from home so I know my network is fine. Can see Philips hue in HomeKit.
I tried a reset and hard reset. I can see the bridge when I use camera and it grabs the numbers. I click the bridge and it says connecting, then says adding.
After about 5mins I get an orange warning triangle saying Accesory is not reachable.
Tried resetting my phone, tried on my iPad, tried to move bridge into a switch, then moved it to being directly into the Vodafone Hub.
All the same, can anyone help me with what I can do to get this back on? It’s really useful for the automation of my family coming and going from home.

    here are the 5 tips we usually give when this happens:

    1. Ensure that your Internet Bridge is connected to the router and powered, and that the ‘Router’ LED is solid.
    2. Make sure your iPhone or iPad is connected to the same router as the Internet Bridge.
    3. Close the Apple Home app by swiping up, then open it again.
    4. Turn off Wi-Fi on your iOS device for 30 seconds and then re-connect to the Wi-Fi.
    5. Reset the HomeKit configuration on the Internet Bridge.

    Please keep in mind that it can take up 40 minutes before a device appears in HomeKit.
