Strange noise in the night

Hi all

One of my tado radiator valves has been making a strange noise in the night (usually this one will be the only one on) this used to only be occasionally but it has got worse and is now every night. I have videod this and linked in here

I have tried removing and remounting (including bracket) several times. I've also bled all the radiators. It seems to stop I'm the night when I press on it (shown in video)

I was wondering if anyone had experienced anything like this before or have any suggestions?

    First, very sorry to read/hear what you are dealing with. This is certainly not ideal.

    I see you are already in contact with support. Please ask them to investigate this issue in addition to what you are already discussing with them. We may be able to adjust the opening of the Smart Radiator Thermostat to prevent the noise you've captured on video from happening again. If that doesn't work, we may also offer suggestions (such as bleeding your radiator to alleviate pressure).
