Need help with tado°

I'd like to describe my newest experience with Tado support. I have some problems with hot domestic water - it gets heated to too high temperature.
What feedback I got from Tado representative:
"That may be the reason the OT connection is not fully compatible. An installation tado° Smart Thermostat directly to your boiler is not supported".
And I got recommendation to buy wireless starter kit...
So what should I do now?

this is my boiler :
It's standard Combi boiler with built in small water tank (45l). Other than that there are some radiators and ufh, but should it change anything regarding connecting thermostat to the boiler? It's even described on tado website - thermostat controls the boiler.

Is the HW temperature set by a control on the boiler itself ?

I don't have direct experience of OpenTherm control with tadoº I'm afraid, I would be inclined to email the support team at: operator@tado-844a35e31252.intercom-mail.com and ask for further advice. In the meantime perhaps someone else in this group will be able to offer a suggestion . . .

@hugbilly thanks for the effort. Unfortunately my issue was forwarded to the person that before ignored (replied that system works as expected) when the boiler was heating despite all valves being closed. Only intervention of @Emcee resulted in support taking action and fixing the issue.
Today I got informed that it's normal how my boiler works...
Now, to prove to the support that it's not and to make them to actually check anything:
- I changed target temperature of hot domestic water to 36 degrees
- I checked the temperature of water in the faucet with pyrometer
Results are:
- water was heated to 70 degrees (!)

- water in faucet is well above 50 degrees and it burns

One day later and I turned off hot water completely, I guess I'll turn it on in the morning only and turn off again.
I got no response from Tado support.0 -
For future reference if someone had the same problem.
I readded smart thermostat controlling the boiler and restarted it. It somewhat helped - water is heated to 57 degrees. Still too much, but definitely better than 70.
Of course no hearing back from Tado support. I asked them to switch consultant that is assigned to me, I hope they're listen.0 -
One week later and I got response from Tado. They again write that everything is fine. Considering what I wrote above and recorded on videos it's obviously not. I think that they won't even bother to check it.
What can user do to get help from this company? I0 -
I got one more response from them:
"that is no mistake, that is completely normal behavior for any gas or oil boiler. You've got to keep in mind, that the temperature in the Domestic Hot Water Tank is much lower and it needs to be mixed to reach the correct target temperature."
I don't know if this is generated by Chatgpt? I wrote to them that it's impossible that water in boiler that is set to 36 degrees can be 55 degrees in the faucet and be burning hot.0
