Tado X radiator thermostat “unmounts” from radiator
So I’ve experienced this twice now in 2 different rooms. The thermostat suddenly thinks it is not mounted and the heat just rises like crazy. No one touched the thermostat or made any manual adjustments or anything. Only “warning” I get is looking in the app and seeing that a room is set to 20°C but actual temperature is around 30°C. Why no alarm in the app… and why does it happen in the first place? Never had that happen with the v3+ thermostats I had previously.

I've been having the same issue, I dismounted then and cleaned the Threads for the installation and still happens every so often, here as I sit in the toilet, IT JUST HAPPENED as I'm writing this right in the radiator in front of me...1

I will see if this happens again. It has not happened since I wrote the original post, so it may just have been a fluke and me not tightening the thermostat properly to the radiator valve. Will contact support directly if it happens again.0

Happening to me too. All works fine for a few days, then overheating. Force the radiator thermostat to remount and it is fine again, but it then needs watching, which is not what these systems are all about. I have 23 radiator valves and I've seen it happen with 2 of them so far.
BTW is there any reliable way to get the device to remount? Remove it from the radiator and remove the battery sometimes works, but not always.1
