Change your shipping delivery service provider
Not just me, but many other customers from ROMANIA are dissapointed with the service provided by UPS. Packages from Tado and other european businesses are not delivered and the reasons invoked by UPS are FALSE: incomplete contact information, the receiver was not available for delivery. UPS doesn't contact the receiver at all and returns the package to sender after 5 days. When the receiver tries to contact UPS, he is lied to by the employees: the courier will make another run, we will use a subcontractor to deliver the product, you must come to retrieve the package from our warehouse located 5miles away from town.
It's my second order in a row from Tado during which UPS find excuses not to deliver. My brother had the same problem this month with UPS with a package from Ring shipped by Amazon.
I would have gladly paid for delivery via DHL.
