Veissman Vitodens 100-W wb1c and Tado v3+ not communicating
Hi, we've had the Tado v3+ installed for about a month and no matter what we do, the Tado will not control the boiler. We've disconnected the previous thermostat which was the Veissman Vitotrol RF wireless. That's now dead and buried. Various " experts" have suggested several wiring configurations and things to try but nothing has. So far, Tado has been a waste of money.
The wireless receiver, Internet bridge and room thermostat all connect but the boiler is not receiving calls for heat. We do not need the hot water function.

You need a professional heating engineer to have a look at it. Simple.0

The commissioning of this boiler in a previous home was not simple. It did need a professional and Veismann tech helping every couple of days. I see no record of you attending this community and setting out the layout of your system and what needs to be addressed.
@SamHeat_Engineer did make a fair comment. However if you want help here, do come back with a complete description:
- Is this operated as a combi, with normal hot water appearing on demand, or is there a HW tank involved? If so, is there a zone valve?
- This is the installation guide: Installation and Service. When you installed V3, was it in relay mode, or in Opentherm mode?
- Is there a zone valve for the CH side?
- Was the pump integrated in the boiler or was it installed externally. This is an option according to the installation guide.
- Did you contact Support. What did they state in their response?
What then did you try to do and what worked, and didnt work?
@Emcee The Tado Pro app identifies this boiler but does not document a working solution. Would you ask Support for a solution. This boiler has been around for at least 10 years.
