I have no heating or hot water as the system does not seem to be communicating with the boiler. Help
I moved into a new house that has underfloor heating downstairs on a Polypipe system but upstairs has 3 radiators (1 in each bedroom) with smart radiator thermostats, a smart thermostat on the landing and an Extension Kit in the cupboard with the cold water tank. The Internet Bridge is plugged into a BT Home Hub. The system was working perfectly for the previous owners when they moved out. Initially when I scanned and added all the items the three radiators worked and I had heating but no hot water and the hot water control was not showing in the app. Last Thursday support advised that the problem seemed to be a configuration error and they had fixed it. The hot water control appeared in the app by the next morning but not only was there no hot water but there was no heat from the radiators. I am still without heat or hot water. I've tried restarting the boiler, and rebooting the extension kit but to no avail. I've messaged support but still waiting a response. Anyone got any thoughts?

First. Go back, make it plain your have no heat, and demand it is escalated.
Second. Please describe what exactly was replaced when you took over the house,
where the heating is concerned. Who told you what to get and where did the conversion instructions come from? If you put back the original kit is it likely to work again? Please clarify.
Third please identify the boiler model, whether you have a y plan, s plan, or something else, how many central heating zones are present if more than one. Is the house larger than 15 x 15 metres in floor dimensions? How many floors?
Come back. Will think0
