I have the same situation but in the room, in the app, there is the thermostat as zone controller, I do not understand where to activate one of the two valves as ‘temperature probe’.

The tado° device that is the main controller of a Heating Zone is called the Zone Controller. This can be either a Smart Thermostat, a tado° Wireless Receiver or an Extension Kit. (The Smart Thermostat is not available as a Zone Controller when it’s been installed as a Wireless Temperature Sensor.)
You would therefore need to make the room in which you have these 2 thermostats a 'Zone' and make the thermostat you wish to act as a temperature probe the 'Zone Controller'.
To change the Zone Controller for your rooms, please follow these steps in the tado° app:- Go to Settings > Rooms & Devices and
- select the name of the room you want to adjust.
Select Zone Controller under Heating Zone and change to a different controller.
