Tado X Measuring device

I was an owner of Tado V3+ and decided to purchase Tado X devices due to range issues.
I was wondering when will be available the ability to select the measuring device of a room ?

Due to the location of some TRVs, they should definitely not be taken into account for the room temperature, but now it seems that there is an average done on all the devices.
This is leading to huge heating requests:
- V3+, I've been at <16h per day for the last week
- X, I've been at >23h per day, despite having lowered all room temperature and a bit higher outside temp and dryer air inside.

I have to say that I'm a bit disappointed on the lack of communication, it should be stated clearly on the FAQ page on how to upgrade to X that you will lose some features, even if these will come later.

Adding wireless temperature sensors would be your best solution st the moment as they would always be used as the temperature reader in a room over the TRVs.

Hello, thank you for that temporary workaround, for at least two rooms ! 😊
However, I still hope there will be an official reply from Tado, because i don't plan to buy 6+ temperature sensors 🤣

Kissarmy's solution is the right one. Wired Smart Thermostat X or Wireless Temperature Sensor X can act as the measuring devices.

For future reference, we have 2 Help Centers; one for V3+ and previous generation and one for X. Please make sure to get your information from the X Help Center going forward.

Does that mean that this measurement feature will then never be supported anymore ?
As this is my main concern, for now I can live with that until this feature is released, but if this will never be the case I may issue a refund request at my reseller because I'm not keen to purchase 6 times a Temperature Sensor X to overcome an issue than I did not have with V3+ 😞
