Thermostat stuck at the same temp?

Hi Community,

Seems this morning the thermostat for one of my devices has been reporting the exact same temp for the past several hours (which I know isn't correct).

Has anyone had this before and if so, how did you resolve it?

I have taken the batteries out as per the documentation to reset it, but it is still showing the same temp:

    Hello @begbie Your straight line temperature is something I've never seen from any of our 25 TRVs and five wireless thermostats across two homes. Thinking aloud:

    • The temperature lines are always wavy, even when nothing is a happening for the TRV.
    • If the TRV had lost connection, the line would be discontinuous.
    • Reset the device. Leave the batteries out for more than one minute and fit new/fresh batteries.
    • If fitting new/fresh batteries doesn't work, I'd be very suspicious that the TRV is faulty.

    I've reset the device and tried new batteries and still has the same issue.

    I did reach out to support and they said they cannot fix it remotely and said I can buy a new device with 30% off because my TRV is out of warranty
