Need help determining adapter for radiator
Hi,
I've bought a couple of Tado X TRVs and after installing and sorting out the connection to the boiler I was surprised that the TRVs were not a case of simply unscrew the old one and screw in the new one.
I've attached some pictures with what I have.
The Tado TRV screws in easily so the radiator is 30mm as well. The problem is that the Tado TRV after it's fastened it sits loosey goosey on top of the radiator pin. Looking through all the adapters it feels like I would need something like the one that allows me to add an extender pin but the one that Tado included in the package is 28mm and won't screw into the radiator.
Any thoughts?

Hello @StC Welcome. The TRV compatibility list is published here:
Your Myson TRV valve looks like the TRV 2 way Petite with M30 x 1.5mm thread? Which suggests that no adapter is needed?

Thank you to everyone that helped me out.
This feels a bit silly. I also thought it was like in the picture for Myson TRV 2 Way Petite. First few times I tried it, I screwed the Tado TRV in until it covered the entirety of the radiator thread and it was sitting very loose.
Today I realized I can push through a bit and screw the TRV in a bit more even if a small part of the TRV doesn't cover the thread on the other side.
TL;DR: just had to persist and screw it in a bit more than it looked like I could at first glance.
