Problem connecting from smartphone after update

Good morning,
I updated the app a couple of days ago to the current 8.26.0.
Since then I have not been able to connect via smartphone.
From the computer I connect to the profile and communicate with the thermostat, from the smartphone it does not allow me to log in and continually proposes the login page.
This means that the geolocation function does not work.
I wrote to support but have not yet received any answers. Has anyone had the same problem? If so, how did you solve it?
I would like to point out that I uninstalled the app, turned the smartphone off and on again, deleted all browsing data, verified that the password was correct, I did not install any antivirus or other type of filter. The problem persists.
