Tado V3 starter kit not compatible Vaillant 831 Combi. with SALUS VBC 600RX

Hi team. I have bought the TADO starter kit, downloaded the app and it's now saying it's not compatible with the plug in SALUS VBC 600RX WIRELESS RECIVER that I am trying to replace. Is there a way I can still get this to work. Boiler is Vaillant Ecotec +831 Combi boiler. 👍👍

This shouldnt be an issue. Some have been implemented and have been doing fine on this community. Some issues though:

1. According to this manual: 839592_02GB_032005_IAecoTEC.indd- pages 23-27 your boiler will work with the V3 series in eBUS mode and Relay mode. Both are handled by the V3 series.
2. When you bought the Starter Kit did it include a wireless receiver, or was it just a thermostat??The reason why am asking is that there are two versions of the V3 wireless receiver needed that kit.
   1. The default UK one will only work in Relay mode which gives limited control.
   2. The EU version of the works in eBUS mode that gives you full digital control and leads to energy savings.
   3. Both can be purchased in the UK. Which is your version?

2. Cannot seem to locate the VBC 600RX receiver/thermostat in the Salus product directory. Would you give us a link to it on the internet?
