Tado can’t control my heating system (Remeha Tzerra Ace)

Hi everyone, I’m new on Tado and I can’t figure out how to solve my problem.
I have a Tado V3+ and a brand new Remeha Tzerra Ace, connected with Opentherm (I think).

The problem is that Tado can’t turn on my heating system. If I also try to set up to all my heaters high temperatures, the heating system doesn’t start at all. I can only start it manually setting the heating temperature but obviously it doesn’t stop. It seems Tado can’t communicate with the heating system at all.

    I too have same issue with my Tado3+. It does control hot water but not central heating.
    I have two heating zones and temperature for bedrooms zone is set at lower setting but is higher than living area which is set to higher level.

    Have you contacted support to clarify their readings of the situation and to provide you help directly?

    Having slipped through that, some suggestions:
    1. It may be worth looking at the user configuration settings, which seem to determine the settings which can be triggered remotely.
    2. Ensure support are alerted and get them involved.
    3. Contact the manufacturer's tech support team and get them to walk you through diagnostics at the panel, to let you know whether the impediment is at the boiler settings or the opentherm control ends.
