Tado App - Edit Time block temperature
Just went to edit a time block on a thermostat schedule in the app, and instead of the usual temperature range, it says that the current setting of 20deg is now 0.8deg and the scroll wheel to change it goes from 0 to 7 degrees. Looks like a dodgy software or firmware update to me? Only appeared today. Can someone from Tado have a look?

With the App update (8.25.0) the problem was resolved 😃0

Would you try the following?
- Login via a laptop or desktop using your credentials via an ordinary browser. Same problems?
- If yes, there's likely a problem with the devices. Need to contact Tado Support.
- If not, then go back to your phone:
- uninstall the app completely, whilst you are logged in via the browser
- reboot the phone
- reinstall the app, register, login- should fix it.

HI. I have found the same issue today, both in app and web browser. I have contacted Tado and I am waiting support

Uninstall and reinstall doesn't work. Just had a scary looking white box pop up in the app with a load of error codes. Definitely an update problem. I've been using the app for a while and it hasn't done this before. Have messaged customer support with the details, hope they can fix.0

I have read about this bug yesterday. I believe we have spotted it already, but I'll use this thread to prioritise it.

Same with me on android. I updated beta software yesterday and noticed when going to adjust temperature settings it had gone very low. Took a few seconds to be able to adjust.0

Tado support have replied and advised the glitch has been fixed - seems to be OK for me now, hope everyone else's is too.☺️ Thanks for all of your replies.
