Tado X Thermostat doesn't work properly
Hi all.
I need help woth my instalattion of Tado X devices. Actually, I have one Thermostat and 2 TRV. The thermostat is wired (No Opentherm) and the problem is when the thermostat does not reach or exceeds the target temperature, it turns the boiler off, but then “turns it back on” and changes the entire setting. From that moment on, when my house demands heat, Tado turns off the boiler and when it does not demand it, it turns on the boiler.
For example, right now, Tado turn off the boiler when the room reach at 21,1ºC and the target temperature is 22ºC but, in the app, the thermostat continues to demand heat (3 stripes no less!).
I had to remove the thermostat as Zone Controller in the 2 TRV and use all system because with the controller zone the performance was even worse.
Please, can someone help me?
Thanks!
PD: The Tado Support has requested me photos of my installation for investigate the case but they have been there for 3 days and no response from them

Their customer support is non-existent. They might have a lot of issues since they released X and not enough people and experience to come up with solutions. To me they seem like Tado hurried bringing the new system out without the proper preparation

That is my perception. The only solution until now has been to remove the wires from the Tado Thermostat and see if the boiler works properly.
Tado asked me for pictures of the whole system (Tado wired installation, boiler wired installation and model of last thermostat installed) and I hope they find the solution, but my perception is that Tado X system is a beta product without any support and lack of knowledge for Tado.
Thanks for you reply

I totally agree. They should have released X once they completed all the checks and it meets Quality Control (CQ). They need to get this sorted before it becomes a flop. Hopefully, it doesn't get to this. It would also be interesting on how many beta testers they had in the UK prior to the release date.
