Installation where to place Wires
I have followed and tried to contact Tado who I’ve just directed me to the app which is not helpful at all.
This is my current wiring, and I am just unsure which wire to put in which slot on the Tado wireless receiver.
If anybody could please tell me!
This is a link to the current wiring and a photograph of where I need to place the new wiring. Current wireless receiver Neomitis

Start by:
* identifying your exact boiler model,
* declaring how the CH and HW side are handled, eg
..... is there a hot water cylinder in place?
.... are there motorised valves which control the flow of CH or HW?
The reasons?
1. Your old timer/ thermostat has two wires assigned as LIVE, two to NEUTRAL, two to COMMON, one to NORMALLY OPEN. It suggests that your system is controlling CH, but that it also powers either a zone valve or a pump or something else. Not clear and you need to be clear.
2. You've bought an extension kit, which controls both CH and HW. Strange because the other photo suggests the existing controls only serve CH. So can be confusing. Therefore need to know exactly what's in your home.
Come back and we can then help further.0
