Tado X wired with OT changes the temperature of domestic water
In my boiler, Tado X wired thermostat connected through OpenTherm changes domestic water temperature to 60 degrees even if it is not supposed to. When this happens the temperature cannot be adjusted anymore from the boiler: if one tries to change it from the boiler settings, it immediately goes back to 60, as if Tado X was overriding this setting from the boiler. This is dangerous and urgent as I get 60 degree water coming out from taps and showers with a small child that can reach and potentially turn them on. There should be an option in the APP, either the standard one or the installer one, that dis-allow Tado X from changing this setting in the boiler, or if it does, to adjust the temperature to the desired one…

This is both a logical need and a public health and safety need. Needs to be taken seriously. Please don't ignore this, it must be a decision taken by the client, not someone who does not see what homes and businesses face.0
