Homekit wouldn't recognise Tado

Hello,

I have Tado for the last 8 years. It is a solid reliable system that works perfectly.

I have added it before to apple home app (Homekit) before whilst trialling it with no issues.

I have now sat up all my home in Homekit but It wouldn't recognise the internet bridge anymore!

I made sure that my wireless network is 2.4GHz. The app itself is working fine.

Any ideas?

    Hello @Mina_Girgis

    Sorry to read you've been having this problem.

    You may need to perform a factory reset of your Internet Bridge.

    1. Please remove the Internet Bridge from the Apple Home app.
    2. Press and hold the factory reset button on the backside (the opposite side to the lights) of the Internet Bridge for at least 10 seconds until all LEDs on it start flashing. You can use a pen or any other pointed object to do this. Please make sure you are not touching the “pairing” button while pressing the “factory reset” button.
    3. Then you can re-add the Internet Bridge to the Apple Home app (ensure that your app device is on the same network as the Internet Bridge).

    This process only clears the HomeKit settings of the device. All other information, like tado° rooms and the pairing between devices, will not be deleted.
