Hot water not coming on

Hi have just installed my tado but hot water is not coming on....the app says its on but the boiler is not starting up any help will be much appreciated many thanks

I think you need to provide a bit more information about your system and the connections you've made to the tadoº kit in order for people here to make suggestions . . .
