Is anyone else experiencing long periods where the Wireless Receiver disconnects from the Bridge?

All my TRVs are connected to the Internet Bridge and I can see them in HomeKit but the Wireless Receiver refuses to connect leaving everything off line. I’ve restarted everything, checked the Internet connection but still no joy. I’m wondering if this is a Tado server issue?

    I moved my wireless receiver nearer to the bridge, it has transformed the system's reliability . . .
