Tado Valve Issue

Hi i have tado smart valves on 3 of my Rads and i noticed that now when i switch either my Living Room Rad on or the Bedroom Rad on the Toilet one comes on as well, also my kitchen one without a smart valve comes on all the time now as well which i had already noticed but it's just lately that i noticed the toilet one with the smart valve comes on without it showing as on in the Tado app on my phone.

Edit i just noticed that i was sent an email saying that the toilet smart valve needs new batteries in them even though they show as being good when i check them in the Tado app on my phone ? Could this be why the toilet smart valve is coming on now when i turn on either the living room or bedroom rads via the tado app on my phone ?
