Setup with no internet

Hi, purchased a tado starter kit and wondered if I can setup without Internet and just control boiler with the room stat

    Tado trvs will work without the Internet.
    The wireless thermostat will mate with the extension kit without the Internet. I've had it working before adding the Internet bridge more than once. So should work.... just
