Heating not working on new Tado installation on combi boiler

Hi,

I just installed my new Tado Wireless Thermostat Starter Kit V3+ with my combi boiler. The hot water is working fine but the radiators won't heat up at all.

In the app, everything appears to be working fine but we have no heating.

I'm attaching a picture of the thermostat connections.

Hoping someone with experience can help identifying any incorrect wiring or other reason for the heating not working.

Please help if you have any suggestions.

    Options
    The bridge was missing in the connections.
    Added a bridge between L and CH COM and it worked.
