Hi Electrician just left, all test setup correct but no c/h or hot water?8

    Combi boiler and wired or wireless t'stat? I guess the t'stat is not calling for heat. Can you check the input connections from the t'stat at the boiler. did your electrician checvk that?

    Even though you think the system was set up correctly. Why did you let the electrician leave.

    What type of boiler do you have Combi or System including make and model?

    Which Tado system do you have?

    Are you able to provide pictures before and after. Without this information it's impossible to assist.

    It's on a "y" plan, I didn't ask him but would assume he did
    It was working fine on the old thermostat perhaps I should get him back

    That would be the best option and make sure they test the system and keep us updated.

    It's a Valliant eco boiler on Y plan, Kit 3 wireless smart thermostat , my electrician did all tests which were as they should be then as I am familiar with the App left it for me.

    One point I did tell him it required the old thermostat decommissioning , well he just cut it off at the stat . ?
