Boiler not turning off

We have a problem with our boiler. It seems to have lost connection to the tado system. Tado is not calling for hear but the boiler will not stop heating the radiators. The house got up to 26 degrees yesterday before we worked out how to turn it off. It wasn't heating the hot water tank though.

The plumber came. The boiler and related kit was fine. He said that the most likely cause was tado related and was subsequently fixed by them remotely. A comment from tado would be welcome

Unfortunately you will not get a response from Tado in here as this is community support forum not one monitored by Tado themselves..

I will keep you posted. It seems to have fixed itself but I have the plumber coming round this evening to check.
