TRV’s not calling for heat
Hi,
I’ve tried to find a solution to this on other posts but can’t see a solution - sorry if this has already been covered.
I’ve installed wireless thermostat, extension kit and 5 smart trv’s. Everything seems to be connected and communicating ok but the boiler only fires when the temperature is increased on the wireless thermostat. If I set one of the trv’s to say 25 degrees nothing happens. The boiler only fires if I increase the wireless thermostat temperature.
How do I configure so the boiler fires if any trv calls for heat?

Check that the virtual rooms in which the TRVs are installed in have been assigned to a zone controller (the extension kit,)0

Yes, all TRV’s are assigned to individual rooms with the zone controller set to the extension kit.

And if you open each room page the corresponding TRV is shown as the measuring device? Sounds as though you might need to emai tado° support: operator@tado-844a35e31252.intercom-mail.com0

Yes, the measuring device shows as the TRV for each room. Thanks for your suggestions I’ll email support.
