My tado suddenly stoped working as it should be

Hello evryone,

I'm the owner of tado since 6th of December 2023, everything was working fine and as it should be until 10th of January 2024, when I've come back home from work (night shift) and my heating wasn't on, despite setting up geofence in the app on my phone (geofence was working fine till that day), I had to manually in the app change from away to home, then heating fire it up. Later that day decided to disconnect the internet bridge from power, after that cloud led was flashing for couple of hours, I've contacted tado help, but I've been advised to do things that I've already done before contacting them. Different power lead/ethernet cable, port on router/switch. Finally led was solid after 24h, since disconnecting bridge from power. Since that day heating is not working as it should be, heating not firing up when in reach my home are that been set up in the app. In the app showing away despite walking in home 10-15min ago, and had to change it manually to home from away, or switch the heating off in the app. When opening app, the tile with temperature saying heating despite temperature is reach at home. It feels like tado app and devices are live their own lives. I'm just wondering if the internet bridge is faulty or all the equipment. Before I had Nest then I've change to Hive but Hive decided to drop support for IFTTT, as in hive there is no automatic geolocation, so after that I've change to tado and at the begging everything was working fine and I was happy with it. But now it's really annoying at what is happening. App saying heating is on when is not actually on, showing away despite walking in home few minutes ago. I've removed the app from my phone (iPhone 14 pro iOS 17.3beta) and installed it on another phone (iPhone SE iOS 15.8) still the same, tado app version is 7.48.1 (13992). Last weekend I was away shopping in different city had the second phone with me, I was out all day didn't comeback home till around 9p.m, when I've open the app, and check heating history, it showed that app was thinking that I'm at home, when actually I wasn't. Permission to use location is set up to always. I don't know what to do, should I buy another new internet bridge and see if that will help, or is the problem with the app is self? According to tado services status everything is working fine. I've attached some photos.
