installed tado as per instruction but boiler keeps switching on
Dear Tado team, i installed the Tado wireless heating and hot water unit today and having issues with the programmer. i had the Drayton programmer and i managed to install the wireless temperature sensor and wireless programmer.
However the boiler keeps coming on even though i have disconnected the old wired thermostat. Also when i switch on the heating or hot water the programmer lights switch on but its not communicating with the boiler instantly. what can be the reason
