Not working from abroad
My Tado works perfectly fine in the UK. I am now abroad for three weeks and I am unable to control my heating. Any ideas?

Hi,try the connection status between devices you have,also activate pairing. If you can to restart your router,maibe can help if u have the possibility to restart. Lastly,try to contact Tado support and maibe they can restart and check the status of your tado devices. Hope will help this and you enjoy your stay abroad.
