My app is saying my heating is offline and I'm away on holiday at the moment what can I do?
Have uninstalled the app and re installed but no joy. Anyone got any ideas? Am worried my pipes will freeze!

I’m afraid there’s not much you can do remotely. Is there anyone you could get to come round and restart the bridge? Otherwise you could talk to tado support. I think the frost protection comes on without the system needing to be connected to the Internet but I’m not 100% on this.1
