Schedule not always starting heating - Tado support says my system is problem
Hi, I contacted support because in the last 10 days or so, the Tado schedule is not triggering the boiler and I need to start the heating manually. Tado support have said absolutely no problems on their side. They are asking me to do lots of resetting, moving the bridge and even changing the router, is it worth me doing this? I noticed a few people reporting the same problem and my system was working perfectly for 2 years prior. I have rebooted the bridge but surely it is a problem on the tado side?

I agree as mine recently had the same issue, but it seems to have been resolved now. Unfortunately Tado have a crib sheet they'll run through first....
