No heating

I have just installed the v3+ and the boiler will not fire up when heating is called for, hot water works fine. I replaced a British Gas wireless thermostat and programmer which was working fine, I had a new motorised valve fitted a week ago and all was fine until I fitted this at 9.30am this morning.I’ve been trying all day but no success.

Any ideas anyone?

Thanks for your reply, I have tried everything, been on live chat and they can’t help so I’ll put the old one back on later as I can’t get an electrician out and the family are moaning they are cold❄️

All working, I got an electrician in and he sorted it👍 A wire was not in properly in the main wiring box.
